As a Care & Support Worker at Midlands Living, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care and support to individuals in need. Your dedication will contribute to enhancing the well-being and quality of life for our clients.

Midland livings is currently looking for dedicated and compassionate care & support workers to join our team in the following cities: Leicester, Nottingham, Northampton, Bradford, Blackpool, Cheshire and Bournemouth.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Administer medications and assist with medical appointments as needed.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.
• Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition to the appropriate supervisor.

Requirements:

• Compassion and empathy towards individuals requiring care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
