As a Painter at Midlands Living, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying coats of paint to protect and enhance the appearance of properties within our portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning and smoothing them.
• Apply coats of paint, varnish, or other finishes to protect and decorate surfaces.
• Mix and match colors to achieve desired results.
• Inspect and touch up painted surfaces to ensure a high-quality finish.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a painter or similar role.
• Knowledge of painting techniques and materials.
• Attention to detail and precision in work.
• Physical stamina and ability to work at heights.
